78uu Terms and Conditions – Complete Rules of Use

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("user") and the 78uu ("platform", "we"), governing the use of all services made available at 78uu.best and on any other domain associated with the 78uu brand.

By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any available feature, you declare that you have fully read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them. This acceptance carries the same legal weight as an electronic signature for all purposes.

These Terms apply to all products at 78uu, including Sports Betting (football, volleyball, basketball, e-sports, MMA, and other disciplines), live casino, slots, crash games, poker, blackjack, and any other products launched on the platform in the future.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To create an account and use the services of 78uu, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age complete at the date of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF that is active with the Receita Federal;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, as established by the Brazilian Civil Code;
• Not be listed on any voluntary self-exclusion list for betting platforms;
• Not be an employee, service provider, or immediate family member of a 78uu staff member;
• Agree to all terms and conditions described herein.

Registration is completed by filling out a form with your full name, CPF, date of birth, valid email address, and a personal password. All information provided must be accurate and up to date. Submitting false information will result in immediate account closure and possible balance forfeiture.

Identity Verification (KYC)

A 78uu may request identity verification documents at any time, especially before processing withdrawals above certain amounts. Accepted documents are: RG, CNH, or a valid Brazilian passport, accompanied by proof of address in the account holder's name issued within the last 90 days.

Failure to submit the requested documents within the indicated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension and blocked withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

3 User Account

One account per user

Each individual may hold only one active account on 78uu, identified by the registered CPF. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim bonuses repeatedly or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts linked to the same holder, with possible forfeiture of any balances obtained irregularly.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential — especially your password and email. Do not share your password with anyone. The 78uu will never ask for your password by email, chat, or any other support channel.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately at contato@78uu.best. 78uu is not responsible for losses resulting from the user voluntarily sharing their own login credentials.

Account closure

Users may request account closure at any time through 78uu. Available balances (not tied to a bonus with a pending rollover) will be processed for withdrawal before closure. 78uu may also close or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with notification sent to the registered email address.

4 Deposits & Payments

A 78uu accepts only Brazilian payment methods. The available deposit options are:

• Pix — instant processing, available 24 hours a day, every day;
• Boleto bancário — credited within 1 business day after payment;
• Credit or debit card — real-time approval for most card brands;
• PicPay — instant transfer via the app;
• Mercado Pago — via digital wallet balance;
• TED Bank Transfer — supported by Brazil's major banks: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and others.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 10.00. There is no maximum deposit limit defined, but 78uu may request proof of the source of funds for high-value deposits, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

Currency

All transactions on 78uu are conducted exclusively in Brazilian Reais (BRL, symbol R$). The platform does not accept deposits in other currencies or perform currency conversions.

5 Withdrawals

Users may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time, provided the following conditions are met:

• The account must be verified (KYC completed);
• The balance to be withdrawn must consist of real money (not bonus funds with a pending rollover);
• The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00;
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or Pix key registered in the account holder's name.

The preferred withdrawal method is Pix, with an average processing time of under five minutes. Withdrawals via TED are processed within 1 business day. The 78uu does not charge fees on user withdrawals.

In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms, the 78uu reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals and request additional documentation before releasing any funds. Review periods in such cases may take up to 5 business days.

Bonus withdrawals

Funds from bonuses may only be withdrawn after fully meeting the rollover requirements specified in the corresponding promotion. Unused bonuses or those whose rollover has not been completed within the stipulated timeframe expire automatically and are removed from the balance.

6 Sports Betting

A 78uu offers Sports Betting across a wide range of modalities, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and international leagues), volleyball, basketball, e-sports (CS2, CBLOL, Valorant, Free Fire, and more), MMA, UFC, tennis, and all other sports available on the platform.

General betting rules

• Bets confirmed by the system are final and cannot be cancelled or changed by the user;
• The valid odds are those displayed at the moment the user confirms the bet;
• The minimum amount per bet is R$ 2.00;
• If an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours, bets are voided and the amount is returned to the user's balance;
• Bets on live events are subject to odds update delays. 78uu is not liable for bets placed based on outdated information.

Odds errors

A 78uu reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (whether due to technical or human error), notifying the user and returning the staked amount to their balance. Bets placed at odds that are notoriously off-market will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7 Casino & Games

The casino games available on 78uu — including slots, live casino, blackjack, poker, crash games, and others — use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent auditors, ensuring unpredictable and mathematically fair results.

• Every casino game has a defined RTP (Return to Player), available in the game's information sheet;
• Past results have no influence on future outcomes in RNG games;
• In the event of a technical failure during a round, the outcome of the interrupted round is voided and the amount wagered is returned to the account balance;
• Live Casino games are streamed in real time and their results depend on the dealer and the studio's physical equipment.

78uu's poker tables 78uu follow the international rules of Texas Hold'em, Omaha, and Omaha Hi-Lo. Collusion between players, use of unauthorized assistance software (bots, external HUDs), or any other form of result manipulation is prohibited and results in a permanent ban.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

A 78uu offers bonuses and promotions on a regular basis. Each promotion has its own specific terms, published on the offer page. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Bonuses are for the exclusive use of the account holder who received them — they are non-transferable;
• Each user is entitled to receive each welcome bonus only once;
• Bonuses with rollover requirements must be completed within the stipulated timeframe. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the balance;
• A 78uu reserves the right to cancel bonuses granted due to a technical error or used in an abusive manner;
• Bets that do not meet the minimum odds requirement of a promotion do not count toward the rollover;
• Any evidence of promotion abuse — creating multiple accounts, betting both sides of the same event, or placing low-variance bets solely to meet rollover requirements — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.

9 User Conduct

By using 78uu, the user agrees not to engage in any of the following actions:

• Providing false information during registration or in any communication with the platform;
• Creating or using multiple accounts to improperly claim bonuses or manipulate results;
• Using automated software (bots) to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any other illicit financial transaction through the platform;
• Manipulating sporting events or colluding with other bettors to fix outcomes;
• Carry out security attacks, intrusion attempts, or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities on the platform;
• Using another person's account or allowing third parties to use your account;
• Engage in any activity that disrupts other users' experience or the platform's operation.

A 78uu actively monitors suspicious behavior patterns and may suspend or close accounts involved in any of the above activities, without prior notice and with potential referral to the relevant authorities.

10 Privacy & LGPD

A 78uu processes its users' personal data in full compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Federal Law No. 13,709/2018). The information collected at registration — name, CPF, date of birth, email, IP address, and transaction history — is used exclusively for:

• Identity verification and fraud prevention;
• Processing deposits and withdrawals;
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations;
• Account and relevant promotions communications (with opt-in);
• Ongoing improvement of platform services.

11 Responsible Gambling

A 78uu believes betting should be a form of entertainment. To encourage responsible use of the platform, we offer the following responsible gambling tools, available to any user upon request through support:

• Deposit limit: set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit on how much you can deposit. Once configured, the system automatically blocks any new deposits above the defined amount;
• Betting limits: set a maximum betting amount per period;
• Temporary self-exclusion: pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close your account. This process is irreversible and prevents future registrations using the same CPF;
• Reality check: set periodic reminders about your session time and amount spent.

A 78uu does not allow anyone under 18 years of age to register or place bets. Every registration is verified by CPF and date of birth. If we detect that a minor has accessed the platform, the account is immediately closed.

12 Limitation of Liability

A 78uu is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets placed by the user. Betting involves inherent risk and outcomes are never guaranteed. Users bet entirely at their own risk.

The platform is not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions caused by maintenance, infrastructure failures, or force majeure events;
• Loss of account access due to forgotten passwords or credentials being compromised by the user themselves;
• Internet connection delays that prevent the user from placing or confirming bets within the required timeframe;
• Arbitration decisions, cancellations, or changes to sporting events determined by the organizing bodies;
• Any translation errors or misinterpretations of sporting event rules published by external sources.

In the event of a confirmed technical failure that directly affects a bet or financial transaction, the 78uu commits to reviewing the case and, where applicable, refunding the amounts involved to the user's balance. Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident to contato@78uu.best.

13 Changes & Effective Date

A 78uu may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in Brazilian law, betting industry regulations, offered products, or internal policies. All relevant updates will be communicated via the registered email address at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the platform after an update's effective date constitutes automatic acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the new Terms take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For dispute resolution, the parties select the courts of the district of São Paulo, waiving any other jurisdiction regardless of how privileged it may be.
